Pathlight Kitchen's next FREE Culinary Training Program begins July 2nd!

This course offers real-world culinary skills training and increased employment potential to our local Central Florida community, serving a population challenged by barriers to employment.

The hands-on 12-week comprehensive program includes ServSafe certification and accompanies a 16-hour course in Dining Room & Table Service Skills.

Students in our culinary program gain a basic understanding of kitchen safety, fundamental cooking methods and techniques, kitchen and restaurant dynamics and their roles in the food preparation process. Our curriculum involves small classes of six to eight students and teaching more than technical skills with individual coaching. For more in-depth program specifics, you can read about the curriculum here on our website, under Social Enterprise > Culinary Training Program.
