Pathlight HOME provides more than 600 formerly homeless residents with housing and supportive services through two apartment complexes in Orlando and three supportive services programs for adults who are chronically homeless. Both complexes include affordable market units, with income qualifications. All residents have no, extremely low, or low-income and receive subsidy assistance with the payment of their rent.
Maxwell Terrace Apartments, located at 3200 W. Colonial Drive, Orlando, Florida has 338 efficiency units. Maxwell Garden Apartments, located at 4049 S Orange Blossom Trail, Orlando, Florida has 205 units - 180 of which are efficiencies and 25 that are traditional single room occupancy units. The rent for each unit includes utilities.
Our three supportive service programs for chronically homeless men and women are Restore, Homes for New Beginnings, and Safe Haven. These programs include case management with budgeting and goal setting, assistance with support services such as transportation (including bus passes!), and access to mental health and addiction programs. Those in our Safe Haven and Restore programs also receive food and laundry assistance.

• Restore Program
Located at Maxwell Terrace Apartments, Restore provides chronically homeless individuals with stable housing, case managed services, nurse case management, transportation, economic opportunities and more. Referral is required through the Homeless Services Network Coordinated Entry System. Income is not required.
• Homes for New Beginnings Program
Located at Maxwell Garden Apartments, Homes for New Beginnings provides permanent supportive housing to homeless adults who are disabled. Case management, monthly activities and random drug/alcohol screenings are included. Rent is 30% of income.
• Safe Haven Program
Located at Maxwell Garden Apartments, Safe Haven provides permanent, supportive housing for chronically homeless adults who are disabled. Support Services include 24-hour staff, case managers and facility monitors. Income is not required.
